Applicants should have a PhD in biology, atmospheric science, engineering, physics, analytical chemistry, or a related discipline, with proven experience in experimental research and instrument design/prototyping. Knowledge of microfluidic device design is highly desirable, and experience with aerosol sampling, particle characterization, or biosensing methods is advantageous. Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills are essential, as is fluency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
