Indiana University School of Medicine is advertising a Postdoctoral Fellow position in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences, hosted by Professor Yu-Chien Wu. Eligibility highlights: applicants should hold an MD or PhD in Medical Physics, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Sciences, or a related field. The post emphasizes at least four years of training, strong MRI data acquisition and neuroimage processing experience, and strong computational/programming skills in MATLAB, Python, or C/C++. Experience with R/SPSS and image-processing/visualization tools such as FSL, SPM, FreeSurfer, ANTs, or pMOD is desirable. Knowledge of MRI physics, MRI sequence design, image reconstruction, and machine learning/deep learning for MR image processing is preferred but not required.
