Strong experience in machine learning or deep learning for reaction prediction or retrosynthesis is required, together with proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with RDKit, Open Babel, and chemical reaction databases such as Reaxys, USPTO, or Pistachio is expected. A strong publication record and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment are also important.

Preferred experience includes graph-based learning, attention mechanisms, transformer architectures, computer-aided synthesis planning tools such as AiZynthFinder, ASKCOS, or IBM RXN, reaction yield optimization, quantum chemistry, molecular simulations, cloud computing, and high-performance computing.
