The project investigates how protein synthesis contributes to tumor heterogeneity and plasticity in colorectal cancer using advanced research tools such as genetically engineered mouse models, patient-derived colorectal cancer organoids, scRNA-seq, and translational control studies.
Eligible applicants should have a strong background in cellular and molecular biology or related biomedical fields, with interest in cancer biology and translational research. Strong English skills are required. Experience with mouse models, scRNA-seq, and basic R programming are listed as advantages.
Funding includes a 1-year fellowship, renewable, with remuneration of €29,500–€34,500 depending on qualifications and experience.
