Final call for postdoctoral positions in the Australia-Spain Network for Innovation and Research Excellence (AuSpire), a postdoctoral network co-funded by the European Union with a focus on Planetary Wellbeing.

The opportunity is shared by the Health Research Institute, University of Canberra, through Professor Luis Salvador-Carulla (UC AuSpire Program Convenor and HRI Deputy Head). The call advertises five postdoctoral positions based in Spain in research areas including bioinformatics, biology, metabolic diseases, neurobiology, immunometabolism, microbiome and gut-brain axis, underwater laser communications, optical systems engineering, chemical engineering, drinking water quality production, and population and comparative genomics.

Benefits include full-time employment in Spain for 36 months and a competitive salary above the Spanish average. Applicants should be outstanding researchers with a PhD in a relevant field and must not have lived in Spain for more than 12 months in the past 3 years.
