This postdoctoral opening is with the Center for the Future of Higher Education and Work and supports a Davis Educational Foundation-funded study: Personalized Learning for Students and Customized Career Preparation. The role involves leading research operations for a pre/post design with approximately 300 co-op students, coordinating structured employer interviews, managing survey and assessment data, and helping build a library of just-in-time learning interventions. The postdoc will work under the principal investigators Constance Yowell, Sasha Goldman, and Christine Bolzan, with substantial latitude to shape the analytic approach and lead publications and conference presentations.
