What's required

A PhD in Statistical Genetics, Quantitative Genetics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Data Science or a closely related discipline is required. Applicants should have knowledge of genetics and genomics, strong expertise in Bayesian statistics and data science, experience with mathematical modelling such as linear algebra and linear models, demonstrated programming skills in C/C++, Python, R or comparable languages, and evidence of research productivity. For Academic Level B, candidates should also show a developing track record of research leadership, experience contributing to competitive research funding applications, supervision or mentoring experience, and collaborative research partnerships. Experience with quantitative genetics, machine learning, large-scale genomic datasets, single-cell omics, or integrative omics is highly regarded.
