About this position
Postdoctoral Research Opportunity in Paris, France at MINES Paris, PSL University, within the Centre for Management Science (CGS).
The position is part of the ANR-RGC France-Hong Kong collaborative project CyberRO: Cyber-Physical Internet and Robust Optimisation for Shaping New Norms of Resilient Logistics and Supply Chain, in collaboration with CentraleSupélec, HKU, and PolyU HK.
Research interests / keywords: cyber-physical internet network design, synchromodal transport service and routing, data-driven and adaptive decision-making, optimisation, machine learning, simulation, knowledge graphs, global supply chain mapping, and resilience.
Eligibility highlights: applicants should hold a PhD in operations research, industrial engineering, transportation, logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline. Strong skills in mathematical modelling, optimisation, simulation, machine learning, data science, or computer science are expected. Experience with knowledge graphs, graph databases, network science, semantic technologies, or graph machine learning is a strong advantage. Scientific programming skills and English proficiency are required.
Contract and timing: 22-month postdoctoral contract, starting no later than January 2027. Application deadline: 30 November 2026.
