About this position
We are hiring a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Bologna, Department of Medical and Surgical Sciences (DIMEC), for the AIR-IBD multicentre clinical study.
The project investigates the role of anxiety and nocebo responses in patients with inflammatory bowel disease starting biological therapy. The role is strongly interdisciplinary and includes coordination of a multicentre clinical study, patient recruitment and follow-up, REDCap database management, data quality monitoring, longitudinal statistical analyses, scientific writing, dissemination activities, and contribution to psychoeducational interventions.
Ideal candidates have experience in clinical research and related fields such as psychology, health psychology, neuropsychology, or behavioural medicine. Fluency in Italian is essential because the researcher will work directly with Italian-speaking patients and healthcare professionals.
