Postdoctoral Researcher in Sensorimotor Neuroscience and Neural Population Dynamics at Western University Western University in Canada

Western University is advertising a postdoctoral researcher position in the Pruszynski Laboratory within the Sensorimotor Superlab. The project is a newly funded 5-year study on how the brain transforms sensory information into motor commands in real time during skilled reaching.

The research focuses on high-density electrophysiology, neural population dynamics, and analysis across the corticothalamic motor circuit. The lab environment is collaborative and spans behavior, electrophysiology, imaging, and computational modeling.

Applicants should have experience in primate neurophysiology, large-scale neural recordings, and/or computational analysis of neural data. The start date is flexible, and funding is available for up to five years.
