The research aims to address key challenges such as off-flavor reduction, color stabilization, and improved nutritional quality, with a strong emphasis on food biotechnology and alternative proteins. The position is supervised by Associate Professor Mehdi Abdollahi, a research leader in sustainable food processing and food biotechnology. Applicants should have a PhD in food science, biotechnology, biology, chemistry, or a related field, and experience with plant-based proteins or food processing is highly desirable.
