The role is intended for someone seeking intensive research experience before graduate, medical, MD/PhD, or other advanced biomedical training.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, or a related field by the start date. Prior research experience is preferred but not required. Strong motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are important.
The appointment is expected to start ASAP, initially for one year with possible renewal for a second year based on performance and funding. Compensation follows Yale University guidelines for postgraduate trainees, with a current minimum of $45,600 per year.
