The University of Graz is seeking a Project Assistant without doctorate (m/f/d) to join the Department of Human Resource Management for a temporary 3-month position. This role centers on participation in the research project "International Priests in Austria," which involves desk research, conducting interviews, data analysis of documents and interviews, and preparation of an academic publication. The position also includes public relations work related to the project, (co-)supervision of Bachelor's theses, and teaching responsibilities in Human Resource Management.

Applicants should possess a completed diploma or master’s degree in social sciences and demonstrate excellent knowledge of qualitative research methods. Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English is essential. The ideal candidate will show scientific curiosity, a high level of personal responsibility, the ability to cooperate, an independent working style, initiative, strong communication and teamwork skills, and intercultural competence.

The University of Graz offers an annual gross salary of at least €52,007.20 for a full-time position, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience. The contract is for 30 hours per week over a 3-month period, starting on March 2, 2026.
