? Investigate the underlying mechanisms of load, fatigue, and recovery using advanced lab equipment (EMG, ECG, EEG, fNIRS, and more).
? Develop and test biomarkers in both controlled lab settings and real-world athletic environments using innovative wearables.
? Explore the impact of sleep and recovery mediators on athletes' readiness-to-train and overall performance.
