The University of Graz is offering a fixed-term University Assistant without doctorate (m/f/d) position in the Department of Corporate and International Commercial Law. The appointment is for 4 years at 30 hours per week, with an annual gross salary of at least € 52,865.40 for a full-time position (with possible overpayment depending on qualification and experience).

The successful candidate will write a dissertation at the University of Graz in the area of commercial and/or corporate law and will join the team of Prof. Andreas Baumgartner. The role also includes participation in research projects, support with organization and administration, independent teaching, examination tasks, and supervision of students.

This opportunity is aimed at candidates with a completed diploma/master’s degree in Law. Strong German language ability is essential, together with good English skills, very good knowledge of commercial and corporate law, strong MS Office skills, and interest in current research questions.
