Eligibility:
applicants must hold a PhD in a STEM discipline, be fluent in written and spoken English, and meet nationality requirements. Inbound applicants must be citizens of ASEAN countries (excluding Singapore PRs). Outbound applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore PRs.
Funding:
the fellowship includes salary support, a monthly living allowance of S$2,000, and one return economy-class airfare. Duration is up to 2 years, with shorter infectious-disease attachments possible in some cases.
Application materials:
completed application form endorsed by the proposed host institution, two referees, passport, CV, and bachelor’s, master’s (if applicable), and PhD transcripts and degree certificates.
