Postdoctoral Researcher in Molecular Immunology and Proteomics at Linköping University, Sweden . This opportunity is in the Division of Molecular Medicine and Virology, in Alexa McIntyre’s research group , with a focus on RNA in adaptive immunity and autoimmune disease. The project centers on the cell biology and molecular regulation of hypoxia in cell types relevant to the rheumatoid arthritis synovium. Methods mentioned include molecular cloning, Gibson assembly, lentivirus generation and transduction, proximity labelling, mass spectrometry, microscopy, immunofluorescence imaging, confocal microscopy, quantitative automated image analysis, mammalian cell culture, co-culture systems, and programming in R.
