Andrea Trabattoni

Two postdoctoral positions are open in the group of Andrea Trabattoni (Associate Professor in Physics at Leibniz Universität Hannover , Group Leader at DESY Hamburg ). Position 1: A postdoctoral opportunity within the LEAPS ULTRAFAST network. Candidates can conceive their own research proposal to investigate ultrafast electron dynamics in atoms and molecules . Proposals using free-electron lasers are especially welcome. The application deadline is 30 September . Position 2: A postdoctoral position within the Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft project LAPIS ( Two-color Laser apparatus for ultrafast imaging and spectroscopy ). The research focus is ultrafast laser science , especially ultrashort ultraviolet/vacuum-ultraviolet pulse generation and extreme-ultraviolet metaoptics . Relevant study areas include Physics , Chemistry , and Materials Science .
