Fully funded PhD opportunity in perinatal maternal mental health , mental wellbeing , public health , and applied health research at Liverpool John Moores University through the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration North West Coast (ARC NWC). This project, Co-producing Perinatal Maternal Mental wellbeing programme (CoPeMaM) , is a strengths-based, women-centred PhD focused on improving wellbeing during pregnancy and up to one year after birth. The research will review existing strengths-based interventions, explore views from professionals and people with lived experience, and co-develop a programme designed for women, by women. It also aims to include perspectives from underserved populations and to prepare the programme for further testing and evaluation. The post is part of a wider set of fully funded doctoral research opportunities offered by ARC NWC in partnership with five universities across the North West Coast. Funding includes a UKRI-equivalent stipend , access to NIHR-funded research environments, collaboration with health, social care and public health partners, and training/networking/career development support.
