Postdoctoral Research Training in Urologic and Gynecologic Cancers at UCLA

The Departments of Urology and Ob/Gyn at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles are accepting applications for mentored research training in the UCLA Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Training in Urologic and Gynecologic Cancers (PCORT UroGynCan) Program. This is a postdoctoral training opportunity focused on improving the design, delivery, and outcomes of care for urologic and gynecologic cancers at the individual, population, and health care system levels. The program emphasizes patient-centered outcomes research, health services research, implementation science, oncology, and real-world strategies to improve health system performance and quality of life for patients and families. Eligible applicants must hold one or more doctoral degrees such as MD, MD/PhD, PhD, or DrPH, and must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents at the start of the fellowship appointment. A commitment to an academic or public health career in urologic and/or gynecologic oncology outcomes research is required, along with a two-year training commitment. Four positions are available.
