Purdue University is inviting applications for the IPAI Postdoctoral Fellows Program , with a postdoctoral opening in Data Systems and AI through the group of Chunwei Liu , Assistant Professor at Purdue Computer Science. The fellowship is hosted by the Institute for Physical Artificial Intelligence (IPAI) at Purdue’s Main Campus. The program supports interdisciplinary research in physical artificial intelligence and applied AI, with possible research directions including data systems , manufacturing, materials, semiconductors, quantum systems, urban infrastructure, life sciences and medicine, robotics, and autonomy. This is a funded postdoctoral position . Fellows are appointed full-time for 12 months , with potential renewal for another year depending on performance and program continuation. Funding includes an annual salary of $70,000 plus benefits , as well as $17,500 for professional development and supplies. Eligibility highlights: applicants must have earned a PhD within the past five years in a field related to artificial intelligence and its applications, show a strong research record in AI, and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
