Postdoctoral Fellowship in Business Administration: Aesthetics and Business/Organizational Creativity

Postdoctoral fellowship in Business Administration with specialization in Aesthetics and Business/Organizational Creativity at Lund University School of Economics and Management (LUSEM) , Sweden. This is a three-year postdoctoral stipend-financed fellowship hosted by the Centre for Aesthetics and Business Creativity (ABC) and supported in collaboration with the Tore Browaldh Foundation . The position is designed for recent doctoral graduates seeking advanced research training and career development in an interdisciplinary environment connecting organization studies , creativity , entrepreneurship , and the humanities. The research focus is on organizational creativity , visionary entrepreneurship , and innovative organization , with particular interest in how economy and aesthetics interact in cultural and creative industries, craft, and interdisciplinary innovation processes involving human-technology interactions. The postdoc will work with the ABC team and affiliated researchers, contribute to the centre’s research agenda, publish in leading international journals, apply for research funding, and communicate findings beyond academia. Eligibility highlights: a doctoral degree or equivalent in business administration or a related field; strong subject knowledge in organization studies, creativity and entrepreneurship, or related areas; high scientific expertise; and professional English proficiency. Priority is given to applicants who completed the doctorate within the last five years, with exceptions for documented special circumstances. International experience and humanities-related background are considered meritorious. Funding: the stipend is tax-free and includes living costs, insurance/pension, and expenses. It does not include teaching duties, though limited teaching may be possible under specific conditions. Deadline: 31 August 2026.
