PhD/Postdoctoral Opportunities in Regulatory Genomics, CNS Regeneration, and Machine Learning at Karolinska Institutet

Karolinska Institutet’s Llorens laboratory is recruiting for multiple openings in regulatory genomics , CNS regeneration , single-cell and spatial genomics , comparative genomics , and deep learning / machine learning applied to neural repair and gene regulation. The post highlights three opportunities: a Computational Postdoc focused on comparative genomics, GRN inference, and deep learning; a Wet lab Postdoc focused on cross-species regenerative biology; and a Computational Research Assistant working on genomics and deep learning for gene therapy projects linked to CNS disease.
