PhD Position in Future of Work, Artificial Intelligence, and International HRM at University of Goettingen
The University of Goettingen is offering a fully funded PhD position (75%, TV-L E13, approx. €3,500 monthly gross) in the areas of Future of Work, Artificial Intelligence, and International Human Resource Management. The position is based at the Chair of Human Resource Management and International Management, supervised by Professor Fabian J. Froese. The research will focus on topics such as artificial intelligence and work, virtual and hybrid work, virtual reality, global mobility and expatriation, and diversity and inclusion management.
The successful candidate will pursue a PhD in Business Administration, engaging in international research projects with clear publication-oriented goals. Applicants should have an excellent Master's degree (or equivalent) in business, economics, psychology, information systems, applied statistics, or sociology, with strong academic performance and empirical research skills. Excellent English proficiency is required, and international experience is an advantage. No German language skills are necessary.
