The selected applicant will prepare a proposal for the ANID postdoctoral competition and, where relevant, complementary university funding sources. The research will be carried out mainly in Chile, with possible short research stays or internships abroad and opportunities for collaboration with universities and research institutes in Europe, Canada, and the United States.
Eligibility highlights:
applicants must have completed the Ph.D. between January 2024 and June 30, 2026, according to the official ANID guidelines. The post is aimed at early-career researchers and prefers candidates with accepted, published, or submitted manuscripts, ideally indexed in Web of Science.
Funding:
reference funding is approximately CLP 31,164,000 per year, including maintenance, travel, and research operating expenses. Final amounts depend on the official call rules.
