Lecturer or Senior Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant Professor)

The appointment is tenure-track and full-time, with opportunities to contribute to a research-active, internationally visible school. The role is open across several related research and teaching areas, including
organisation theory

management

organisational sociology

, and related areas such as
human resource management
and
industrial relations
.
Successful candidates will be expected to publish in leading academic journals, teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, support student learning, contribute to curriculum and learning design, participate in collaborative research, and help with grant applications and HDR supervision. Level C applicants are expected to show stronger research leadership, curriculum development, industry or work-integrated learning experience, and experience supervising high-calibre students.
