UNSW Business School is hiring a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant Professor) in the School of Management and Governance at The University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. The appointment is tenure-track and full-time, with opportunities to contribute to a research-active, internationally visible school. The role is open across several related research and teaching areas, including organisation theory , management , organisational sociology , international business , entrepreneurship , innovation , strategy , governance , and related areas such as human resource management and industrial relations . Successful candidates will be expected to publish in leading academic journals, teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, support student learning, contribute to curriculum and learning design, participate in collaborative research, and help with grant applications and HDR supervision. Level C applicants are expected to show stronger research leadership, curriculum development, industry or work-integrated learning experience, and experience supervising high-calibre students. Eligibility highlights include a PhD and/or relevant work experience , a strong or emerging research profile, teaching experience, ability to use educational technologies and online delivery methods, and strong interpersonal and organisational skills. The post also values commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Funding and benefits include salary at Level B from $127,947 or Level C from $155,403 , plus 17% superannuation , annual leave loading, visa sponsorship , and a relocation allowance for the preferred candidate/s.
