Our team at the University of Toronto is seeking an outstanding early-career scholar for a postdoctoral opportunity connected to Diabetes Connect , a co-designed, culturally tailored, community-based diabetes screening study in Peel Region . The project is expanding across four areas: screening and clinical tools , outreach and community engagement , referral, navigation and follow-up care , and implementation evaluation using RE-AIM/CFIR . The team welcomes candidates with experience in community-engaged research , implementation science , or mixed-methods research who want to develop their own research program using Diabetes Connect as a platform. Applicants are encouraged to join the team’s application to the Fall 2026 UTM Postdoctoral Fellowship Competitions ( REPFP and UTM PDF Award ), which provide a 2-year postdoctoral route.
