Research Opportunity – Medicinal Chemistry Professor Giannis Kostakis at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens is looking for a motivated researcher to join his laboratory on a medicinal chemistry project. The work centers on the design and synthesis of novel small molecules , with a strong emphasis on organic synthesis , route development and optimization, preparation of compound libraries, and purification/characterization of new compounds. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues involved in biological evaluation , making this a multidisciplinary opportunity spanning chemistry , drug discovery , heterocyclic chemistry , and structure–activity relationship (SAR) studies.
