PhD opportunity at Cardiff University in Physics and Astronomy on search for quantization of space-time with photon counting interferometry . This project sits in the Gravity Exploration Institute (GEI) and is led by Prof Hartmut Grote . It combines precision laser interferometry , single-photon detection , optical filter cavities , feedback control , and data analysis to test whether space-time is quantized .
