Suitable applicants should have a strong background in
engineering

energy systems
,
manufacturing
,
materials
,
data science
,
mechatronics
,
robotics
, or related fields. The post especially values prior
DOE ITAC/IAC experience
, industrial or consulting experience, publications, technical reports, patent-related work, strong analytical skills, team leadership, and excellent communication skills.
The selected student will be admitted to a suitable graduate program within the
College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology (CEAT)
at Oklahoma State University, with possible home programs including
Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering

Materials Science and Engineering

Industrial Engineering and Management
, depending on background and research fit.
