We’re hiring a Post-Doc in analytical chemistry at the Medical University of Warsaw , Faculty of Pharmacy, in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis. This is an NCN-funded research position focused on developing chemosensors for antiviral drug analysis in biological fluids , with an emphasis on personalized medicine . The successful candidate will develop LC-MS reference methods for determining antiviral drugs in biological fluids, validate chemosensor results using those methods, analyze research data, and prepare a manuscript for publication. The project is NCN OPUS25 2023/49/B/NZ7/02718, titled “Chemosensors with molecularly imprinted polymers for determination of antiviral active drug substances in body fluids – towards personalized medicine.” Eligibility highlights: applicants should hold a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, chemical sciences, or a related field . Experience in liquid chromatography is required, while mass spectrometry experience is welcome. The PhD must have been awarded within the NCN eligibility period (7 years, with extensions for qualifying career breaks). Funding and terms: full-time post-doc appointment for 6 months with a monthly remuneration budget of PLN 8,900 gross . Application deadline: 19 October 2026, 23:59 CET.
