Jörn Seemann is an Associate Professor at Ball State University in the United States. His research focuses on urban indigenous and black peoples' resistances within the context of dependent settler capitalism, socio-affective narratives, and the implications of cartography. Recent articles include topics on collaborative mappings, children's cartographies, and the interplay between culture and geography. His interdisciplinary work aims to expand understanding of spatial narratives and ecological societies.
