The Free University of Bozen - Bolzano is offering postdoctoral positions in the fields of endocrinology, nephrology, food and wellness science under the supervision of Professor Marco Gobbetti. Successful candidates will be expected to carry out assessments related to food nutrition, digestibility, and bioavailability, as well as investigate the effects of food processing on health outcomes. The research will integrate aspects of endocrinology, nephrology, nutrition, food science, and microbiology, providing a multidisciplinary environment for advancing knowledge in preventive health and wellness. The positions are based at the Free University of Bozen - Bolzano, located in Bolzano, Italy.
