Doctoral researcher in insolvency law

As part of the research group, the doctoral candidate will join a vibrant community of PhDs and postdoctoral researchers working on business law topics such as insolvency, company, banking, and financial law. The position also involves contributing to teaching, with responsibilities ranging from one to three hours per week in small group settings and tutorials. Applicants must hold a Master's Degree in business law or private international law and demonstrate a strong interest in business law, EU law, and international law.
