Eligibility highlights:

A top-200 university background or equivalent is preferred. Strong quantitative or mixed-methods expertise is expected, with SPSS, AMOS, and SmartPLS experience preferred. Candidates should also show a publication record or strong potential to publish in ABS-ranked and reputable indexed journals, along with a clear research pipeline.
