The project focuses on building next-generation AI tools for drug discovery, including
generative models
for molecular design,
multi-parameter optimization
,
co-folding
as a bridge between sequence, structure, and chemistry,
physics-based methods
, and practical applications such as
allosteric pocket identification
, synthesis-aware design, and molecular optimization.
This opportunity is especially relevant for students interested in the intersection of

Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; MSc in computational biology, computational chemistry, computational biophysics, bioinformatics, drug discovery, or a similar area; excellent spoken and written English; comfort with Python; curiosity and willingness to learn across ML, chemistry, and drug discovery.
