. The research focus is to design, model, optimize, prototype, and test an RF chain for plasma generation at low temperature, with applications in biomedical equipment sterilization.
Key technical tasks include electromagnetic field measurement and modeling inside a metallic enclosure, RF signal routing and injection, optimization of the RF chain for robustness and power consumption, and functional testing of the developed prototype.
