Nikhil Panicker

My lab at the Cleveland Clinic is recruiting a postdoctoral fellow to work on neuroimmune signaling in the context of Parkinson's disease and related neurodegenerative disorders . The research program focuses on understanding the mechanisms and consequences of neuroimmune signaling, with opportunities to build expertise in molecular neuroscience , mouse models of neurodegeneration , and/or iPSC-based systems used to model disease signaling and progression. This position is especially suitable for candidates who want to strengthen their technical skillset, gain mentorship, and prepare for an independent research career. The lab highlights support for training, collaborations within the Cleveland Clinic and beyond, fellowship applications, grantsmanship, and manuscript reviewing.
