Sophie Grape

Sophie Grape is an Associate Professor at Uppsala University in Sweden. Her research focuses on the application of machine learning in nuclear safeguards, as well as methodologies for evaluating barriers against proliferation of minor actinides. Recent articles include topics on predicting decay heat through non-destructive assays, neutron leakage variations in small modular reactors, and assessments of fissile material production. She contributes significantly to the development of data libraries for irradiated fuel salt and off-gas tank composition for molten salt reactor concepts.
