24-month postdoctoral position in Economics at Université Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB), within the IREGE laboratory in Annecy, France . The postdoc is part of the ANR-funded project EIOSE (Evaluating and Improving Open Science in Economics). The project focuses on research transparency and reproducibility in economics, including: investigating questionable research and publishing practices; assessing economists’ perceptions and misconceptions about open science tools such as pre-registration and Registered Reports; and developing adapted tools to improve credibility in the discipline. Applicants should have a PhD in economics, statistics, psychology, decision sciences, or a related field. Strong quantitative skills in R, Stata, and Python are expected, together with experience in open/meta-science practices. Interest in theoretical modeling, data analysis, or machine learning is considered an advantage. Excellent English is required; French is not required . Funding: ANR-funded postdoc, duration 24 months (October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2028). Salary is €2,638–€3,189/month gross .
