University of Southern California is recruiting a funded postdoctoral fellow to join a project on diabetic foot disease , Medicaid coverage , access to care , and limb preservation in safety-net populations. The fellow will work with the USC Schaeffer Institute for Health Policy & Economics and the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California multidisciplinary Limb Preservation Program. The post is tied to a recently funded NIH/NIMHD R01 and offers strong mentorship, opportunities to lead manuscripts and new projects, and support for building an independent research career. Preferred backgrounds include epidemiology , health services research , health policy , biostatistics , mixed-methods research , public health , or a related field. This is a postdoctoral-level research opportunity rather than a PhD or master's opening. Interested candidates should follow the USC careers link and/or contact the poster directly for next steps. No deadline was stated in the post.
