Xin Wang

Professor Xin Wang is a faculty member at Carleton University in Canada. His research areas focus on the mechanical behavior of composite materials, pipeline integrity, and advanced fracture mechanics. Recent publications include studies on the fracture toughness of composite materials, tensile strain capacity in pipeline steels, and the numerical simulation of ductile damage in pipelines. His work also explores machine learning applications in material characterization and the analysis of crack-tip stress fields in fiber-reinforced composites.
