and second-life batteries, building and heating electrification, power system modelling/forecasting/optimization/control, digital twins, real-time simulation, HIL/PHIL, experimental validation, and AI/data-driven methods for power and energy systems.
PhD applicants
should have a strong academic background in electrical engineering, power systems, energy systems, control, optimization, or a closely related field. A thesis-based master's degree and demonstrated research experience are strongly preferred.
Postdoctoral applicants
should have a PhD in a relevant field and a strong publication record. Experience in power systems, DER integration, electrification, energy storage, optimization/control, real-time simulation, or HIL/PHIL is especially desirable.
