Postdoctoral Fellow in HIV and STBBI Health Equity Research

University of Manitoba is hiring a full-time Postdoctoral Fellow to join the AllTogether4IDEAS Research team in Winnipeg, Canada. This opportunity is centered on HIV , sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBIs) , health equity , and community-based research . The fellow will lead mixed-methods research examining the individual, structural, and contextual factors that shape access to HIV and STBBI prevention, testing, treatment, and long-term engagement in care. The role includes both quantitative and qualitative research , working with community organizations, shelters, community health clinics, and hospitals; recruiting and following participants in community settings; conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups; developing competitive national and international grant applications; leading data analysis, publications, and conference presentations; sharing findings with scientific, clinical, and community audiences; and mentoring trainees.
