Eligibility highlights: applicants must already be enrolled in a full-time Ph.D. programme at a UGC-recognized university, must have completed coursework with at least 60% marks, and must have an approved Ph.D. synopsis/proposal or a pending approval with a commitment to submit within 6 months.
