Eligibility criteria include completion of a Master of Science degree with thesis work, a research master's/M.Phil degree, or an equivalent qualification relevant to Leadership and Organization by the end of summer 2026, with a minimum grade point average of B. Please note that an MBA degree does not meet the admission requirements. Final year Master of Science students are encouraged to apply. Applicants must submit a comprehensive application package, including degree certificates and transcripts, a Diploma Supplement or equivalent, a detailed project proposal (5-10 pages), CV, at least two letters of recommendation, certificates from any previously completed doctoral-level courses (if seeking credit transfer), a list of publications and relevant activities, a signed verification document, and TOEFL/IELTS test scores (waivers available under certain conditions).
