Eligibility criteria include completion of a Master of Science degree with thesis work, a research master's/M.Phil degree, or an equivalent qualification relevant to Leadership and Organization by the end of summer 2026, with a minimum grade point average of B. Applicants must submit a comprehensive application package, including degree certificates and transcripts, a Diploma Supplement or equivalent, a detailed project proposal (5-10 pages), CV, at least two letters of recommendation, certificates from any previously completed doctoral-level courses (if seeking credit transfer), a list of publications and relevant activities, a signed verification document, and TOEFL/IELTS test scores (waivers available under certain conditions).
