DiabetesDistress

This project intersects many of the Deep Digital Phenotyping Unit's core research interests—from DigitalHealth and VocalBiomarkers to GenAI , LLMs , and co-designed digital solutions. The goal is to develop and validate a voice-enabled digital companion solution to support psychological well-being in diabetes.
It represents the interdisciplinary and translational science we believe in: combining cutting-edge technology with real-life impact for people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes T1D T2D .
The PhD candidate will work with rich datasets and collaborate closely with clinicians, patients, and AI experts to create a clinically relevant and user-centered solution.
If you are trained in psychology and/or diabetes, or interested in the topic, and are willing to integrate AI , this is for you.

Funding details
Full funding including tuition fees and living expenses is available for this position. The scholarship covers all educational costs and provides a monthly stipend.
