The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of Arizona (USA) is inviting applications for fully funded PhD positions (Fall 2026) and Research Internships (Summer 2026) under the supervision of Dr. Qingzhao Zhang, Assistant Professor and Head of the Cyber-Physical Systems Security and Trustworthy AI Lab. This group focuses on system security, AI robustness, and reliability in cyber-physical systems (CPS) such as autonomous vehicles, drones, industrial control systems, and safety and security of large language models (LLMs) in real-world applications.
