MSc and PhD Positions in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Mobile/Wearable Interaction, and AI at Ontario Tech University Ontario Tech University in Canada

Multiple MSc and PhD positions are available in the User Experience and Interaction Design (UXID) Lab in the Department of Computer Science at Ontario Tech University.

The lab is led by Ali Neshati, an Assistant Professor working in Human-Computer Interaction and related areas. The lab describes itself as an active and collaborative research environment with more than 8 graduate students working on innovative projects.

Research areas include interaction with mobile and wearable devices, data visualization on small displays, LLMs and AI to support interaction with mobile and wearable devices, and augmented and virtual reality. Students with interests in Computer Science, HCI, UX design, AI, and interactive systems are encouraged to apply.

Funding: the positions are fully funded for domestic students, while partial funding is available for international students due to tuition differences.
