About this position

Columbia University LABS (Laboratory of AI & Biomedical Science) is recruiting PhD students, postdocs, and interns for research spanning Columbia Radiology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, and the New York Genome Center.

The lab focuses on applying AI/ML to multi-organ, multi-omics data, including MRI, genetics, metabolomics, and proteomics, with applications to aging and disease, including Alzheimer's disease.

Applicants should have a quantitative background; BS/MS/PhD candidates in computer science, electrical and computer engineering, biomedical engineering, applied mathematics, neuroscience, or related quantitative fields are encouraged. Working knowledge of Linux, Python, and R is required, and experience in neuroimaging, machine learning, and/or genomics is a plus.
